Job Description
- Gather and analyze requirements to improve the program for customers.
- Design the Requirement Spec.
- Coordinate with developer.
- Create Project Document such as SRS, SDS, ER Diagram, Business Flow, User Manual, etc.
- Testing and support UAT with customers.
Qualifications
- Junior: Experient as SA 1-3 year(s)
- Senior: Experient as SA more than 3 year(s)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Has knowledge in SQL (Oracle, MS MSQL, MySQL)
- Confidence and good communication skills
- Responsibility, patience, active person, and teamwork skill.
- Experience in insurance and banking will receive special consideration.
